Continuing Education (CE) Certificates are available for healthcare providers attending TravCon. Full day attendance is required for CEs.

***This site is for Certificates for 2022’s conference***

For 2023’s conference, attendees who scanned into a session at least once per day will receive an email with the evaluation link. If you haven’t received your email by September 30th, email us for it to be resent (please check your junk folders first).

Login Instructions for 2022 certificates:

New users must use the “Forgot Password” link to enable their account. 
Existing users from past years – use your existing password (or reset if needed).

If your login doesn’t work:

Use ‘Forgot Password’. You’ll be emailed a link to reset your password.
Scanning into sessions is required for CEs. If you didn’t scan your badge at the conference, you won’t be in our system. Please contact our CE Administrator if you have further questions.

2022 Guidelines

All attendees must scan for every session they attend for CEs purposes. Attendees will be able to retrieve your certificate immediately after completing the conference evaluation on our website.

Radiology Techs (ASRT) have individual sessions approved. We’ll have to process your certificates manually once you’ve completed the individual course & conference evaluations. 

For professions not included in the above groups (such as our beloved SLPs), you have been assigned to a separate category that will provide you with a certificate of attendance for the hours of the conference once you have completed the evaluation. You can submit this to the licensing body of your choice based on their requirements.

2021 Guidelines

All attendees who scanned their badges (and/or at Newbie BootCamp and Medical Spanish) have been uploaded into this system as your attendance is now confirmed. You’ll be able to retrieve your certificate immediately after completing the conference evaluation.

Radiology Techs (ASRT) have individual sessions approved. We’ll have to process your certificates manually once you’ve completed the individual course & conference evaluations. Give us a couple of days to get this issues in case Phil is working his shifts.

For professions not included in the above groups (such as our beloved SLPs), you have been assigned to a separate category that will provide you with a certificate of attendance for the hours of the conference once you have completed the evaluation.
